Technical skills are embedded in all of our staff and they are committed to their individual roles within Yealand.
We choose to provide administration support to a limited number of clients to ensure service delivery is in accordance with our philosophy and this is able to manifest itself by ensuring that we continually work in close partnership with the Authorised Corporate Director, investment manager and underlying client.
Yealand opts not to have ‘relationship managers’, preferring that all face to face contact is at a senior level and regular meetings at a director/senior management level are an essential component of all interparty relationships.
