Operational Risk Manager

We require an Operational Risk Manager to enhance, implement and sustain our risk management framework to support the business to mitigate risks arising from internal processes, systems and people. The Operational Risk Manager will investigate the procedures and processes our business undertakes in the course of our operations and identify appropriate controls. They will be responsible for performing departmental reviews, evaluating processes to ensure the appropriate risk management oversight and infrastructure exists to measure, monitor and control such risks.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in operational risk from within our industry, and will be used to working as part of a small team where a hands on approach is required. Experience should include:
