Client Services Manager

The Client Services Manager acts as primary liaison between our business and our clients, with the responsibility for the day-to-day management of all client interactions, service delivery, and client records. The CSM plays a key role in helping to maintain and grow existing and new clients, building a partnership approach to all relationships and helping to promote and secure our reputation.

Candidate must haves:

  • Ability to build professional working relationships
  • Ability to use interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple parties (internally and externally) and deliver excellent customer service
  • An aptitude for solving complex problems
  • 5+ years prior experience in customer facing roles

Settlements Administrator

Our Middle Office (Settlements) Administrators are responsible for the settlement of trades, the management of fails and the identification and management of risk within a specific market group, or for a specific set of clients. They rely on their exceptional communication skills to engage daily with clients, internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors and they use their problem-solving skills to resolve settlement issues and identify/resolve root cause.

Investment Compliance and Risk Analyst

The Compliance and Risk Team is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all Funds for ACD and Administration services, from monitoring investment risk to meeting mandatory regulatory reporting standards.  The Investment Compliance and Risk Analyst supports the Compliance team, specifically by managing the Compliance Team group inbox on a daily basis, assisting with the timely resolution of errors and complaints, preparing monthly KPI data and providing commentary and analysis on error trends, and assisting with investment risk compliance oversight.

Candidate must haves:

  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, meticulous and accurate with high level of numeracy
  • Ability to analyse data sets, identify and explain results and trends with supportive clear and accurate report commentaries
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience of liaising with stakeholders and holding others accountable
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships
  • Education to A level or equivalent in English and Maths. Those without school qualifications must be able to demonstrate aptitude at an equivalent level.
  • General understanding of investments within the Financial Service industry is an advantage.


Head of Operations

The Head of Operations oversees the effective management of the investment operations and fund administration teams, ensuring a professional and comprehensive administration service is provided to existing and prospective clients.

Candidate must haves:

  • Solid expertise within fund operations
  • Depth of experience in operational risk and risk mitigation
  • An authentic leader who is quick to establish healthy working relationships
