INTRODUCING GAVIN PADBURY, HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Yealand is pleased to announce the appointment of Gavin Padbury as Head of Operations.
Gavin joins Yealand with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, bringing extensive expertise in operational leadership, scalability, and service delivery. He will be responsible for overseeing Yealand’s operational strategy, supporting continued business growth and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
Prior to joining Yealand, Gavin served as Head of T. Bailey Fund Services, where he led several operations teams responsible for servicing approximately £14 billion in assets. His career also includes director-level roles at Waystone Transfer Agency Solutions, as well as senior management positions at Bank of New York Mellon and Northern Trust.
Gavin holds a first-class BSc (Hons) degree, a CISI Professional Level Certificate, and is a member of the Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants.
