Yealand engage with local school
Josh, Ryan and our CEO Rob recently attended a Futures Festival for sixth formers at a local school, where they had valuable conversations with young adults with big decisions ahead of them.
Josh, who joined Yealand as a school leaver and has quickly progressed to Team Leader, and Ryan, who joined us after completing an Apprenticeship elsewhere did a great job of representing Yealand. Thank you both.
The visit to the sixth form cemented our decision to create opportunities for the talented school leavers in our local area, which will include entry level positions for school leavers as well as an Apprenticeship programme.
A super day all round.
